Brody Jenner supports his dad Bruce Jenner: 'Everything's really great'

Bruce Jenner is in the middle of a life-changing "journey" as he reportedly makes the transition to become a woman, but he can always count on his son Brody Jenner for support. The former star of The Hills has said that his family couldn't be happier at the moment.

"Everything is going great with the family," he told People. "Everybody's very happy. Everybody's living life. And it's a great time for all of us. Everything's really great."

Brody's sentiments echo what his step-sister Kim Kardashian said of Bruce in January, telling Entertainment Tonight: "I think Bruce is very happy, the happiest I've ever seen him. Of course we support Bruce 100 percent. He's our dad so we support him no matter what, and I think when the time is right, he'll talk about whatever he wants to talk about."

It seems the time for Bruce to address speculation about his personal life has arrived; a trailer for his highly anticipated tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer was released on Thursday evening.

A voiceover speaking during the 24-second clip confirms that Bruce's exclusive talk with journalist and former news anchor Diane will cover "the journey, the decisions, the future".

As was previously revealed, the promo video confirms that the programme will hit TV screens on Friday 24 April at 9pm on Entertainment Tonight.

It is expected that it will be the first time that the former Olympian will discuss rumours that he is making the transition from male to female. The 65-year-old has reportedly already discussed the decision with his family, who are said to be supportive of his choice.

Brody is particularly supportive of his dad and rushed to be at his side after he was involved in a car crash, during which one passenger died in February. The 31-year-old was pictured arriving at the scene with his girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter, and helped to call family members with the news while Bruce spoke to police.

Despite rumours suggesting that he is engaged to his girlfriend of 18 months, the reality TV star has denied that he is settling down just yet.

"We're together and we're enjoying life, and that's it. But right now there's no talk of marriage," he told People.
