How pregnant Jools Oliver is keeping in shape ahead of baby No. 5

She's pregnant with her fifth child but Jools Oliver is still managing to find time to relax. She and husband Jamie, 40, will no doubt have their hands full when the new baby arrives in August, so it's unsurprising she's getting as much 'me' time in as possible beforehand.Jools, 41, took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her blossoming baby bump as she prepared for a calming yoga session. Former model Jools reposted the image from instructor Nadia Narain, who wrote: "@joolsoliver has always been a good yoga student and practicing with her DVD over the holidays… But so happy to be back together again".

Jools Oliver is relaxing with yoga during her fifth pregnancy

TV chef Jamie and Jools are already parents to daughters Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo, 13, Petal Blossom, seven, and five-year-old son Buddy Bear. Shortly after confirming they were expecting again, Jools opened up about how she thinks she'll cope.

She said: "It's a lot harder this time around as I am older, but the family is also a lot more demanding. I know this will be our last."

Jamie recently insisted he is adamant there will be no more babies after this - and confessed even his own family were surprised by the newsHe told The Sun: "This will be the last one. It's just getting ridiculous otherwise. This was not expected. I can't believe I'm even saying it. My own family were shocked too."

The former Naked Chef star also revealed that, although he'll be happy with whatever they have, he'd like to have another boy in the house.

He continued: "You know what, I'm always grateful for what I get. It would be nice to balance it out a bit. A bit more testosterone would probably be a good thing, but do you know what, I'm grateful for whatever I get if it's healthy and I mean that sincerely."
