Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have officially ended their marriage. The former couple finalised their divorce last week, according to court documents obtained by E! News. Kaley, 30, and Ryan, 28, split last year after 21 months of marriage.
The pair had signed a prenuptial agreement, and tennis player Ryan will not receive spousal support from Kaley, although she will pay him $165,000 in two instalments. She will also give him up to $55,000 in legal fees in addition to $9,387 for an outstanding bill he owes for legal services rendered to him in connection with the prenup.

Kaley, who has an estimated $72million fortune, will keep their Tarzana, California home as well as their Santa Barbara area beach house.
Kaley and Ryan were married on 31 December, 2013, in a fire and ice-themed wedding, three months after getting engaged and six months after they first started dating.
In September 2015, they announced their divorce: "Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage. They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."

Shortly after they announced their split, a source told People the tension between the two had been "noticeable".
"You could tell the honeymoon phase had ended," said an insider. "It seemed they were trying to work out their marriage by going on dates, but they both seemed miserable."
