How is that celebrities can train for a physically demanding new role, post snaps of their delicious-looking #nofilter meals on Instagram and roll onto the red carpet with such great ease? First comes talent, plus the celebrity stylists who make their clients stand out in award-winning looks and, of course, a great source for healthy, no-brainer meals. Access to the perfect food at all hours of the day is the work of personal chefs hired to nourish the stars in their daily lives. From Beyoncé to Oprah and Oscar-winner Leonardo DiCaprio, here are the celebs who are getting by with the help of personal chefs - and the top tips we've learned from their culinary maestros.

The creator of Lemonade, Blue Ivy and an anthem for single ladies (among other momentous feats), the singer famously lauded the benefits of the 22-Day Revolution meal challenge, created by her trainer Marco Borges. And her husband Jay Z soon became a proponent of the new lifestyle. "One day, on their own, Jay called me, and he’s like ‘I got this great idea. You know that program that you just created, the 22-day vegan challenge? I want to do it. B wants to do it also. We want to go all in!'" Marco told People. The plant-based diet is said to promote weight loss and a healthy glow and is based on the idea that it takes 21 days to form a habit.

Kim Kardashian West
She gave birth to son Saint West in December and the reality star has been documenting her goal to shed her pregnancy weight on Snapchat ever since. While following the Atkins diet, Kim also works with nutritionist Colette Heimowitz to create an 1,800-calorie-a-day diet, which consists of omelettes, grilled chicken and peanut butter cups.

Oprah Winfrey
The mogul feasted on creations made by celebrity chef Art Smith for a decade while he was her personal chef. Of the TV icon, Art told spryliving.com "She herself has come to believe that fresh is the best approach to living a healthier life." He continued, "What I love most about her is that even if she herself felt like she needed to watch her weight, her guests still needed to eat well. She loved fish so I’d always do different kinds of fish dishes." Now, Oprah is donning the chef's hat herself, releasing her first cookbook On Point in the new year.
