Kim Crawford Frozen Rosé Cocktails

The best way to cool off this summer is with a nice refreshing frozen drink! Here is a quick and easy cocktail to make for your next pool party or backyard bbq.


Makes 5 servings.


  • 1 bottle Kim Crawford Rosé
  • Lemon twist to garnish


  1. 2 days before serving pour wine into a 9” x 13” pan or several ice cube trays and freeze, stirring occasionally if in a pan.
  2. When frozen solid, using a hand blender or food processor, blend frozen wine until smooth. Serve directly or freeze again for up to 1 week, covered. Garnish with lemon twist.


Don’t have a pan? Freeze the wine in a large thick re-sealable bag.
