Christie Brinkley shows off her bikini body in Air New Zealand safety video

Christie Brinkley is taking it all off before takeoff in a new safety video for Air New Zealand.

The gorgeous Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, who turned 60 last month, strips down to her bathing suit to help walk viewers through the ins and outs of airline safety.

In a behind-the-scenes clip, which shows how the airline filmed their latest quirky spot on the sandy shores of the Cook Islands, Christie says: "I loved the playful script that contains a lot of unexpected moments for a safety video."

Famous for its unusual safety videos, the Kiwi carrier enlists the help of other bikini-clad models for the ad, including Chrissy Teigen, Ariel Meredith, Hannah Davis and Jessica Gomes.

Previous versions include flight attendants wearing nothing but body paint, passengers and crew dressed up as characters from Lord of the Rings’ Middle Earth, and Betty White explaining the ins and outs of in-flight safety while walking through a fictional retirement home in Florida.
