Cressida Bonas has nabbed a spot on Vanity Fair’s annual International Best-Dressed List for the first time.
It’s been a whirlwind few months for Prince Harry’s former girlfriend, who is thought to have ended things with the redheaded royal so as to focus on her acting career — and the 25 year old’s thespian efforts are paying off.
Earlier this year, Cressida made her stage debut at the Hay Festival in a one-off performance for There's a Monster in the Lake. She also landed her first big-screen role in the upcoming film Tulip Fever, in which she co-stars with Cara Delevingne.
Now, the boho-chic starlet has been featured in VF’s fashion spread (though she didn't make the top 10, she was shortlisted for a coveted spot) — not to mention a a behind-the-scenes video shot by Mario Testino —and “Cressie," as she's affectionately known, seems well on her way to international stardom.
Within the magazine's glossy pages, the budding actress is joined by an array of "best dressed" Hollywood stars, royals and socialites, including the Duchess of Cambridge (née Kate Middleton), who has appeared on the list for the past four years running and is given Hall-of-Fame status alongside designer Karl Lagerfeld.
It’s not the first time Cressida has been noticed for her fashion choices. She made headlines earlier this year for wearing a sexy blue dress to a charity gala with Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie just weeks after her split from Harry.
One month later, the blond bombshell upped the ante at a London Gala in a slinky, backless top and silver pants.
