The ‘Cardinal Red’ dress is listed on the brand’s website a “go-to dress for that special occasion”.

She paired the frock with her trusty nude pumps and a small leopard print clutch from Diane von Furstenberg.

The LK Bennett number is £250, approximately $488 CAD

It wasn’t just the dress that attracted attention, however. The Duchess was also showing off a new hairstyle.

Known for her glossy, blow-dried locks, Kate rarely experiments with her hair style. So royal fans were surprised to see the brunette beauty step out with newly chopped layers.

Kate, whose hair was hidden under a fascinator at her daughter Princess Charlotte’s christening on Sunday, looked radiant as she debuted her new ‘do. She also looked to have added soft highlights to her tresses.

Kate was accompanied by her husband Prince William as they took to Centre Court to watch Andy Murray take on Vasek Pospisil in the quarter finals.

It’s not the first time Kate has cut her hair into a fringe. In 2012, she debuted the look when she opened the Natural History Museums’ Treasures Gallery. The style was believed to have been created by her then-hairdresser Richard Ward, who has a salon off Sloane Square in London.

She also sported the look in 2006 when she was dating her now husband Prince William.
