Not only has Lily-Rose Depp followed in mom Vanessa Paradis' footsteps as an actress but she's also the latest muse to Karl Lagerfeld, the creative director of Chanel. The industry heavyweight has long counted Lily-Rose's French model mother in the same high esteem, and it seems that Vanessa is passing on the baton to her daughter.
The pair made the ultimate stylish mother-daughter duo as they attended the Chanel show together as part of Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday.
Lily-Rose, 16, went casual for the occasion, sporting a graphic-printed bodysuit and a red choker paired with faded denim skinny jeans and peep-toe platform heels.
Mum Vanessa, meanwhile, rocked a more grown-up ensemble in a pencil skirt, blue leather jacket and black pumps.
The duo was seated front row for the presentation alongside Jean-Paul Goude, a photographer who once filmed an ad for Chanel in which he put model Vanessa Paradis in a birdcage.
Known for his spectacular sets, Karl Lagerfeld turned the Grand Palais into the world's most stylish airport for the SS16 show.
Lily-Rose's father Johnny Depprecently opened up about his fears over his daughter's career taking off so quickly.
The protective dad admitted to feeling some concern about her new spot in the limelight.
"To be honest, I'm quite worried. I wasn't expecting all this to happen to Lily-Rose, especially not at this age. But it's her passion and she's having fun," he said
The Pirates of the Caribbean star added to Germany's Gala magazine: "She knows I'm always there for her."
