Kim Kardashian shows flawless maternity style in caped Valentino dress
Kim Kardashian was a vision in white at the InStyle Awards on Monday night (Oct. 26), where the reality star could have given a master class in maternity dressing. Donning a silk-crepe, caped number by Valentino that clung to her curves in all the right places, Kim made exactly the right statement at the Los Angeles event.

Given that the dress made such a statement, Kim kept her accessories relatively simple, limiting herself to a diamond and gold choker. The queen of reality TV, who is expecting a baby brother for daughter North West, was not even wearing her large diamond engagement ring.
Posing alongside a bevy of beauties, including Selena Gomez, Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio, the hot mama felt confident enough to joke: “Feeling extra thin with all of the super models!” in a picture shared to her Instagram account.
Confidence is the key to Kim’s look with this second pregnancy after she admitted to being “mortified” by what she wore when carrying North. Writing on her new website and app, the 35-year-old said that she borrowed clothes from her sister Kourtney’s maternity wardrobe but ended up feeling not quite as glam.
“This time around, I know what I like plus, I am confident and not trying to hide my bump. I actually want to accentuate it.”
As well as celebrating her pregnancy, Kanye West’s wife is using a few clever tricks to hide areas she doesn’t feel so confident about. Kim says she’s sticking with long coats to cover her arms and derriere.
She advised fans: "It’s such a trip how your body grows and changes, and at the end of the day, you have to wear what you are comfortable in and what you feel good in.”
“I actually am a few pounds heavier this pregnancy than my last, yet somehow I look so different. Maybe it’s because you carry a boy differently than a girl, maybe it’s because I don’t have the swelling that I had last time when I had preeclampsia, OR maybe it’s because I am confident in my style and know what to expect.”
