Princess Charlotte's style: The royal tot's adorable wardrobe

During the little Cambridge's second tour to date, this time in Poland, Charlotte touched down in Warsaw with her parents and brother George wearing a sweet red Liberty-print dress, white socks and a very special pair of shoes. The family heirlooms, burgundy Mary Janes, were originally worn by her uncle Prince Harry in 1986 when the almost-to-year-old posed for portraits with his family.

The Duchess of Cambridge often turns to lesser-known Spanish boutique brands for her kids' clothing and hand-me-downs, in part thanks to her Spanish nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo's influence. Charlotte paired this pretty pink floral dress with white socks, burgundy Mary Jane shoes and one of her signature hair bows.

For her second birthday portrait, released on May 1, 2017, Kate Middleton's daughter wore a yellow and blue Fair Isle knit cardigan from John Lewis. And in true royal fashion, the sweater quickly sold out. The dress version sold for $25.
Charlotte, who posed for her mom, was all smiles as she played outside their Norfolk home.

In a series of portraits released to celebrate Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday, her great-granddaughter wore another floral ensemble. This particular piece comes from the Spanish shop m&h's autumn-winter collection and cost the equivalent of $42.

For her first birthday, Duchess Kate put Charlotte in two dresses from Spanish retailer m&h. In the photo shot outdoors, the one-year-old held on as she walked the grounds in a pink floral dress that costs around $40 with a cardigan from the same designer. The little Princess also wore shoes from Early Days and ribbed tights from Amaia Kids.

In her first birthday photos shot by mom Kate, the little princess showed off two different outfits: a pink number, which she combined with a recycled pink cardigan, and a blue m&h dress paired with a matching bow and cashmere cardigan. The sweater from Olivier Baby and Kids retails for $140.

For her christening, the fifth-in-line to the British throne wore brother Prince George's hand-me-down gown, a replica of a more-than-170-year-old royal heirloom. The original has quite a history of its own: William wore it in 1982, after his father Prince Charles in 1948 and Queen Elizabeth II in 1926.

For her introduction to the world, Princess Charlotte wore an adorable cream bonnet as she left St. Mary's Hospital in London. The sweet little Irulea hat was bought for the young royal by Prince George's Spanish nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrello from a shop in Northern Spain. "It was a pleasant surprise when we saw the first images of Princess Charlotte and saw that she was wearing our bonnet," Ayago Villar, who runs the shop with her sister Susana, told Hello!. "It was made in our shop, it's all handmade."

It was an exciting day for the adorable two-year-old as she arrived at St Mary's Hospital on April 23 to meet her baby brother. The brand-new big sister was dressed for the occasion in a blue, hand-smocked Little Miss Alice floral dress with a Peter Pan collar, short sleeves and a sweet sash tie. The London-based brand is owned by Kate's Marlborough College school friend, Alice Avenel. On her website, the dress is priced at £40 ($70) for babies six months and goes up to £45 ($80) for children up to six years old. And like her mom, the outfit quickly sold out after Charlotte arrived at the Lindo Wing with her dad and brother.
