Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton's relationship has been turned on its head since the former BFFs were fixtures on LA's nightlife scene in the early 2000s. While the reality mogul was Paris's assistant back in those days, the former Simple Life star has now stepped into Kim's sneakers for the Yeezy Season 6 campaign. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star seems to have patched things up with her one-time bestie, giving fans a laugh in the process with the release of these wildly unexpected photos!

Both Kim and Paris have shared the fun pictures on their Instagram pages. At first glance, it appears to be Kim advertising her husband's new line for Yeezy – but look a little closer and you'll see it is in fact her old friend Paris playing Kim's clone. Paris looks fantastic in a blue crop top and beige sweatpants with boots, her white-blonde hair parted down the centre in classic Kim style. Paris wrote: "So much fun being a #KimClone in the new #YeezySeason6campaign."

Fans of the newly engaged multi-hyphenate loved the cheeky snaps, with one commenting: "She actually looks like Kim Kardashian!" Another wrote: "I literally thought it was Kim." A third said: "Omg I thought it's someone else, looks so different absolutely stunning." Over on Kim's Twitter page, she posted the same photos and captioned one: "The OG @ParisHilton #YEEZYSEASON6."

Looks like Paris and Kim are on good terms once more if these snaps are anything to go by. Kim tweeted more photos from the advertising campaign, showing models including Abigail Ratchford, Madeleine Rose, Sami Miro, Sarah Snyder and Yovanna Ventura also dressed up as Kim. Now, when is Kim going to dress up as Paris?
