When she’s not unofficially styling her royal BFF Duchess Meghan , fashion savvy Canadian Jessica Mulroney is providing style tips to the masses as Good Morning America ’s latest fashion contributor. On Oct. 29, the brunette bombshell appeared on the show to demonstrate how six closet staples and complementary footwear from Canadian labels Aritzia and Aldo can be mixed and matched to create the perfect capsule collection. Clad in a pair of high waisted, wide leg red pants by Veronica Beard and a black Aritzia t-shirt, the Canuck contributor was ready to share her secrets!
Before introducing the fall-inspired, hassle-free outfits, Jessica shared the concept behind the capsule looks: “We are fed so much information when it comes to fashion – what we’re supposed to buy, what’s trendy, what we’re supposed to get rid of.” she told the audience. “So, that’s a capsule collection. It’s finding those six pieces that you can mix and match, you can do day to night, you actually wear. They don’t just hang in your closet! These are the pieces that you will wear over and over again, so it’s cost effective.”

I have now officially joined the @goodmorningamerica team as their new Fashion Contributor and as you can tell by this picture, I couldn’t be happier. Dream job!!! Hard work does pay off sometimes. Tune in next Monday for another fun fashion segment. Cheers to the whole GMA team for making this little Canadian gal feel so welcome.
For fall, the mother of three crafted her collection using six pieces from Aritzia’s various labels: Babaton’s red Demy Blazer, Wilfred’s Jallade Pant Crepe in black, Wilfred Free’s Daria faux leather pant, Babaton’s Harrison Shirt in white, Babaton’s Kahlo jacket and an oversized Adichie turtleneck sweater from The Group by Babaton. She paired these key items with snakeskin pumps, combat boots, ankle boots, a black heeled mule and leopard pumps to achieve a variety of ensembles, from the perfect office look to after-work drinks and date night.
Jessica revealed her new gig with Good Morning America on Oct. 27, posting a photo of the morning show’s logo with the caption, “I’m taking my accessible fashion and bridal segments south of the border. Very excited to announce that Monday, I will be doing my first appearance on @goodmorningamerica and perhaps bringing some Canadian brands along the way.” And she definitely delivered! On Monday, she posted a photo from the segment with Robin Roberts, saying, “I have now officially joined the @goodmorningamerica team as their new Fashion Contributor and as you can tell by this picture, I couldn’t be happier. Dream job!!! Hard work does pay off sometimes. Tune in next Monday for another fun fashion segment. Cheers to the whole GMA team for making this little Canadian gal feel so welcome.”

Some days you just have to play hooky in order to have a little fun. Watching my children play with REAL toys today ( the nostalgic kind) made me realize we focus too much on electronics. They become zombie kids if you don’t balance their online time. Let’s go back to basics: Train sets, tool belts, large plush toys, and giant pianos. FAO Schwarz is the imagination we need to instil back into our children. I am so proud that @hudsonsbay has revived the brand and brought it back into our lives. Who’s with me?
Jessica has introduced the world to a host of Canadian labels as she’s reportedly been the woman behind some of the Duchess of Sussex’s most striking homegrown looks – from her pink Noni trench wrap and black Judith & Charles tuxedo dress to coats by Smythe, Line and more. The public relations and fashion consultant is also the spokeswoman for the Hudson Bay’s CORE Life collection and a regular fashion expert on Cityline.
