The Duchess of Sussex the ultimate snow princess in Oscar de la Renta

By Meaghan Wray

Royal engagements are better in three! For the Duchess of Sussex's third and final outing of the week – a day out in Bristol with her husband, Prince Harry – she transformed into the ultimate snow princess. A little bit of snow and slippery weather certainly didn't interfere with her fashion choices, as she rocked a gorgeous coat by London-based designer William Vintage, a floral dress by one of her go-to fashion houses and a chic pair of green suede boots.

Though the duchess was bundled up for the cold, a bit of her Oscar de la Renta belted printed silk-chiffon dress peeked out from beneath her elegant black coat. Her boots, by Sarah Flint, were the ultimate accessory to bring some colour to the blustery day. She held a green clutch to match, keeping her long raven locks by her shoulders in pretty waves – a change from yesterday's knot bun for a visit to the University of London for a meeting with the Association for Commonwealth Universities. The pregnant royal's makeup look was simple and refined – her natural beauty shining through – with a simple swipe of pink lipstick and subtle smoky eye.

For her previous engagement at the university, Meghan looked no further than her wedding gown designer Givenchy, recycling her dark coat by the fashion house which she wore for her first Remembrance Sunday service as a royal. She appeared to be wearing a floaty black dress underneath the piece, anchoring the look with a pair of beige suede heels and styling her dark hair up in a top knot. As for makeup, the 37-year-old let her natural beauty shine through with minimal products – a nude lip and a simple smoky eye. She appeared to be wearing her 'Midi Knockout' earrings by Canadian jewellery designer Dean Davidson.

The education-focused meeting follows her first outing as patron to The National Theatre. As a former actress herself (she played Rachel Zane in the hit paralegal show Suits), it's no surprise that she'd want to put her efforts into supporting the arts. She dazzled in head-to-toe cream, pairing a V-neck Brandon Maxwell dress with a blazer of the same hue by the American designer, accessorizing with a small Carolina Herrera 'Insignia' clutch and a simple silver ring on her her pointer finger, and wearing her brunette locks in a chic bun.
