The Duke and Duchess of Sussex dusted off their finest clothes for an evening out at the Endeavour Awards on Thursday (Feb. 7) – and Duchess Meghan looked every inch the style star she is! For the chicest of date nights for a good cause, the mom-to-be dazzled in Givenchy by Clare Waight Keller to hand out awards to scholarship recipients.
The mom-to-be looked no further than the designer of her stunning wedding gown – Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy – for her bespoke black-and-white dress. The creation, which boasted a flattering high leg slit on the side, harkened back to her pre-royal days when she frequently wore crisp white button-up tops. Meghan accessorized with her satin Givenchy clutch, Precious Earrings by Vanessa Tugendhaft and a pair of new shoes – the Rendez Vous 105's by Aquazzura. As for her beauty look, the royal was positively glowing with light bronzer, a subtle smoky eye and a pink lip.
Many royal watchers will likely recall the first time Prince Harry and Meghan stepped out together for this event on Feb. 1, 2018. It was the Suits alum's first red carpet as a soon-to-be royal, to which she wore an elegant black pantsuit by Alexander McQueen, paired with a simple white blouse and a pair of black suede pumps. Her brunette locks were perfectly shiny and bouncy, despite the rainy weather in London that day.
The 37-year-old's wardrobe has shifted slightly since saying "I do" to Prince Harry last year. Though she is still sometimes spotted wearing black denim or pants, Meghan typically opts for dresses or skirts nowadays – like the beautiful floral Oscar de La Renta dress she wore most recently during an outing to Bristol with her husband on Feb. 1.
That day, the duchess was bundled up for the cold in a chic black coat by London-based designer William Vintage. Her boots, by Sarah Flint, were the ultimate accessory to bring some colour to the blustery day. She held a pair of gloves and a green clutch to match, keeping her long raven locks by her shoulders in pretty waves. Her makeup look was simple and refined with a simple swipe of pink lipstick and subtle smoky eye.
The last time we saw Meghan dolled up with a glitzy affair was for a date night with Harry to watch Cirque du Soleil's Totem on Jan. 16. She dolled up her blossoming baby bump in sequinned Roland Mouret – the French designer's "Sarandon" gown, which retails for CA$7,400.
She carried a Givenchy clutch, wore a bracelet that belonged to Princess Diana and anchored the look with what appear to be Stuart Weitzman's black Nudist sandals. The royal wore her shiny locks in a sleek bun and amped up her makeup look from earlier with a bold berry lip. Prince Harry looked perfectly dapper by her side in a navy suit.
