The Duchess of Sussex made her red carpet debut as a royal looking absolutely stunning in a partly sheer Jason Wu gown, which she accessorized with Aquazzura heels. She carried a simple black Gucci clutch. Harry looked dapper in a simple suit and black bow tie.
The two also got the chance to meet Beyoncé and Jay-Zat the event. Queen Bey voices Nala in the film, and earlier this year, she and Jay-Z dedicated their BRIT Award to Meghan by posing in front of a portrait of Meghan in a tiara in place of the Mona Lisa in the Louvre. Conservation and a love of the environment are things that are very close to Harry’s heart, and he shares that passion with Meghan. Meghan has already had quite a busy week. On Wednesday, she was pictured with two-month-old son Archie Harrison while she, Duchess Kate and Kate’s children watched Harry and Prince William compete in a charity polo match.
On Saturday, Meghan and Kate joined forces again as they stepped out to Wimbledon to watch Meghan’s good friend Serena Williams compete in the women’s singles final against Simona Halep. Serena lost the match, but it looked like Meghan and Kate had a blast and shared several laughs throughout the day!
