Look back at Duchess Kate's stunning Pakistan royal tour wardrobe

Duchess Kate and Prince William have just returned home to the UK after a five-day whirlwind tour of Pakistan that saw them travel from Islamabad to the north to Lahore and back again. Throughout their trip, Kate made headlines for her gorgeous wardrobe. Her sartorial choices mixed Pakistani designers with British ones, showcasing a wide range cultural influences and further cementing her status as a style icon.

Duchess Kate was stunning from the second she landed in Pakistan! The always elegant royal stepped off her flight in Rawalpindi looking like a dream! She was clad in a bespoke ombre turquoise Catherine Walker look inspired by the shalwar kameez - a traditional outfit consisting of a dress overtop of trousers. On her feet, Kate wore nude Rupert Sanderson pumps.

Kate also wore earrings by Pakistani designer Zeen, whose jewellery she also wore in London at a preview event for the tour on Oct. 2!

Kate continued to stun the next morning, when she and William stepped out to a school and then headed to the Margalla hills just outside of Islamabad.
The duchess chose a blue embroidered silk kurta - a traditional combination of a shirt overtop of trousers - by Maheen Khan, a Karachi-based designer whose looks she wore multiple times throughout the tour. Her earrings were again by Zeen.

Kate's look to meet Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan (a friend of the late Princess Diana and President Arif Alvi was very east meets west! She chose a green Catherine Walker tunic over cream Maheen Khan pants, navy flats and a scarf by Satrangi. She accessorized with earrings by Zeen again.

We weren't done with amazing looks that day! At a reception in their honour hosted by the British High Commissioner at the Pakistan National Monument in Islamabad, Kate dazzled in a sparkling green emerald gown by Jenny Packham. Kate accessorized with a matching scarf and earrings by British-Pakistani designer Onitaa.
And let's talk about William! We know this is a showcase of Kate's looks, but wow, did the Duke of Cambridge ever look incredible! He stole the show in a teal sherwani by Karachi-based designer Naushemian, and had spiffy black shoes on his feet.

The next day, for a trip to a glacier and a Kalash village, Kate chose a brown midi skirt, brown leather waistcoat, brown dress shirt, suede Really Wild boots and drop earrings by Missoma.

On Oct. 17, Kate arrived in Lahore in a gorgeous outfit that consisted of an embroidered white shalwar kameez by Gul Ahmed, which she teamed with a white shawl by Maheen Khan. She accessorized with Asprey London’s Woodland Oak Leaf hoop earrings and a blush clutch by Mulberry, and chose suede tan pumps by Gianvito Rossi.

Kate wore the same outfit to play cricket at the nearby National Cricket Academy, but swapped her heels for comfy white trainers.

For her third engagement of the day, Kate stepped out to the iconic Badshahi Mosque in a beautiful turquoise, gold-embroidered shalwar kameez and headscarf by Maheen Khan.

On the final day of the tour, Kate arrived at Lahore airport wearing a cream kurta with black patterns and embroidering by Elan, which she paired with matching pants. She wore nude J. Crew heels on her feet, and had a black carryall by Smythson in her hand.

For her final look of the tour, Kate changed into a cream shalwar kameez, which she topped with a black waistcoat by Beulah London and paired with a white scarf. On her feet were navy flats by Russell & Bromley.
