Duchess Kate is nothing short of a style icon, and she proved that yet again when she arrived at the Royal Variety Performance in London on Nov. 18.
The Duchess of Cambridge looked incredible in a black lace Alexander McQueen gown. It featured stunning floral detailing, and she paired it with black heels and a matching clutch. Her accessories featured a lovely nod to Canada as well, as she wore Erdem earrings.
Kate has a history of wearing gorgeous looks to the Royal Variety Performance. In 2017, she stepped out in a long-sleeved Jenny Packham gown that had a sweetheart neckline and sheer layer covered in sequins, flowers and other embellishments. She paired it with Oscar de la Renta heels and the Queen’s diamond earrings.
Her first time at the show was in 2014, when she opted for a black Diane von Furstenberg gown with lace detailing and a boat neck.
The annual Royal Variety Performance is held in support of the Royal Variety Charity, of which the Queen is a patron. This year’s event will be hosted by comedians Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan and will feature entertainment from the cast of Mary Poppins, Lewis Capaldi , Mabel and Emeli Sande and Manchester’s Bee Vocal Choir.
