After weeks of speculation and uncertainty, Kevin Connolly -- who played Vincent Chase's (Adrian Grenier) manager and best friend Eric “E” Murphy for eight seasons on the hit HBO series -- has confirmed that the Entourage film is, in fact, happening.
Executive producer Mark Wahlberg had previously said the project was on hold due to certain people being "greedy" (he didn't name names) but it seems all the money issues have been resolved.
“It’s a complicated thing, but I’m in it.” said Kevin on Monday. “There are no contracts yet — it doesn’t really work that way — but everything is fine.”
“Everybody’s in line,” he added. “It’s going to be good. January, we’re going to do it.”
Costars Kevin Dillon (Johnny "Drama" Chase) Jerry Ferrara ("Turtle") and Jeremy Piven (Ari Gold) are expected to reprise their roles for the film.
Good news for Entourage fans.
