Michelle Obama invites Blake Lively to the White House

Actress, L'Oréal Paris ambassador and... motivational speaker? Blake Lively’s certainly got a lot on her plate these days!

The 26-year-old was invited by Michelle Obama to appear on a star-studded panel at the White House on Friday, where she offered aspiring young thespians insight into what it’s like to work in film.

Sitting alongside actresses Whoopi Goldberg and Naomie Harris and producer Harvey Weinstein, Blake seemed enthusiastic to speak with the high school students, who had gathered at the Careers In Film Symposium workshop to hear advice from their role models.

The blond beauty looked radiant in a black, ballerina-style dress, with which she wore a matching wrap. Sporting a simple ponytail, she added a touch of glamour with a pair of gold, polka-dotted Christian Louboutin pumps.

Blake, who is married to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds, recently revealed that she doesn’t work out and maintains her slim figure by indulging in chocolate several times a day.
