When asked about the example Miley Cyrus was setting for women, Jennifer told BBC's Newsnight reporters: “It is a part of the entertainment industry that sells. Sex sells, and for some disgusting reason young sex sells even more."
The 23-year-old actress was careful not to name names, but went on to explain: “For some people, that’s how they feel best, that’s how they feel sexy.”
Miley has come under fire lately for her bad girl behaviour, sporting barely-there outfits and smoking a suspicious looking cigarette onstage at the MTV Europe Awards.
Jennifer, meanwhile, kept things classy on the red carpet in a backless Dior dress with her newly cropped hair pushed back.
She was joined by her costar (and Miley's ex) Liam Hemsworth and Elizabeth Banks, who brought a pop of colour to the rainy evening wearing a yellow satin ballgown.
