Rob Kardashian's shocking Instagram post about sister Kim Kardashian

Rob Kardashian has been known to post bizarre and humorous images on Instagram, but the one he shared most recently – comparing his sister, Kim Kardashian (TAG), to the lead character in Gone Girl – is by far the most shocking yet.

The 28-year-old published an image of British actress Rosamund Pike drenched in blood, in character as the evil anti-heroine of the thriller.

In the movie that also starred Ben Affleck Rosamund’s character faked her own death to set up her husband – as well as accusing an ex-boyfriend of rape and attempted murder. Next to the picture Rob had written: “This is my sister Kim”.

The reality TV star had deleted every other picture on his account except this one.

For the last few months Rob has been clearly struggling with some issues, one of which is his weight. It’s thought that’s the reason he pulled out of Kim’s wedding to Kanye West at the last minute and has not been seen in public since.

She later explained that her brother sent her a long email on the morning of the ceremony to explain why he didn’t feel able to go.

Shortly afterwards the clan’s matriarch Kris Jenner revealed that he was trying to work through his problems, adding: “My job is to be there for him and love him as hard as I can.”

On his birthday on 17 March, Khloe, who is the closest to him out of the siblings, congratulated Rob on Instagram saying: “I know this is the year where you will find your happiness again! I will be right by your side, holding your hand, every step of the way!!!”

Her post was accompanied by a throwback picture of them at a previous birthday in Las Vegas. Kim posted a similar image, saying: “I remember this Vegas party of yours like it was yesterday! I love you so much and can’t wait to share so many more memories with you! Kiki loves Riki.”
