Meghan Trainor has pulled a Jennifer Lawrence, handling what could have been a seriously embarrassing moment like a champion. The 22-year-old was wrapping up a stellar performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon when she took a rather hard tumble in front of the crowd – and millions of viewers at home.
The "All About That Bass" artist was at the end of her musical set and was reaching for the microphone when she lost the footing on her sky-high heels and fell flat on her back.

A true gentleman, JImmy Fallon leapt to her aid and tried to turn the slip-up into a joke by laying down beside her.
"Of every single dance move, grabbing the mic is the toughest," the 41-year-old joked. "Standing ovation for Meghan Trainor, everybody!"
After the incident, the confident artist took to social media to say she was doing well. "Might have fell down... but I KILLLED that sh-t hahaha. #keepinitreal thank you @fallontonight."
A few hours later, when fans started to ask her if she was in pain, she admitted to feeling a bit bruised."Haha I didn't feel it till hours later. I'm all good tho. Barely a scratch."
It's a confident and charming response -- one we'd expect from the beautiful star. She just released her second album, Thank You, which is receiving rave reviews. Meghan also recently stood up for curvy women everywhere when she pulled her new music video for "Me Too" because she felt her waist was far too manipulated.
"I took down the YouTube video because they photoshopped the crap out of me, and I'm so sick of it," she said in a Snapchat clip. "My waist is not that teeny, I had a bomb waist that night, I don't know why they didn't like my waist. I didn't approve that video and it went out to the world so I'm embarrassed."
