See Modern Family's Eric Stonestreet dressed as Meghan Markle
By Jessica Pollack
Meghan Markle is back on TV - but not in the way you'd think! Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet, who plays Cam on the beloved sitcom, slipped into the Duchess of Sussex's Trooping the Colour outfit for the upcoming Halloween episode. His husband Mitch, played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson, is appropriately clad in Prince Harry's military uniform in the photos taken on set.
Eric's ensemble features a wig with long brown waves, a look-alike hat to Meghan's iconic pink slanted Phillip Treacy design and a knock-off of her off-the-shoulder double-breasted Carolina Herrera suit. Eric stands with Ty Burrell, dressed as a fly in character as resident funnyman Phil Dunphy.

In another photo, Cam's partner Mitch is the Harry to his Meghan, decked out in a military uniform with epaulets, medals and a sash. The red-headed actor, who has a beard much like the duke's, topped the look off with the same red, black and gold cap worn by the royal. Julie Bowen, who plays Phil's wife Claire on the series, is in the snap with Jesse Tyler wearing a spider costume.
Fans are reeling over recent news that a character will die in the 10th season of the popular series, which is slated to be its last. "We do deal with a death, which is certainly a topic that families have to deal with, and on television, it’s not easy to do because that’s a heavy subject. But at the same time, it would seem unusual for a family not to go through it," creator Christopher Lloyd told Entertainment Weekly. His co-creator, Steve Levitan, told the Hollywood Reporter that the show will end after this season, saying, "If we can leave with most of our audience wanting more, I think that’s the right way to do it."
