BAFTAs 2019: All the nominees
Awards season is crossing the pond on Feb. 10 as the British Academy Film Awards, also known as the BAFTAs, praise the best projects of the year in London. The Favourite and it's Golden Globe-winning star, Olivia Colman, racked up the most nominations with a whopping 12, followed by A Star Is Born, Bohemian Rhapsody, Roma and First Man with seven each.
Golden Globe winner Rami Malek will also vie for another statue, as will Glenn Close, Christian Bale and Mahershala Ali. Mary Poppins Returns scored a trio of nominations, though the film's star Emily Blunt - who has been nominated for three past BAFTA Awards - wasn't recognized in the best actress category.
Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper are both nominated for A Star Is Born.
Last year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a dazzling appearance at the BAFTAs, as Prince William is president of the Academy. At the time, Kate was pregnant with Prince Louis, but it remains to be seen if they'll attend again this year.
