Sarah is reprising her role as manipulative Kathryn Merteuil

According to Variety, Kathryn – described as "smart, sexy, cruel, charismatic and powerful" – is now married to the wealthy Pascal Barrett and spearheads a local youth rehabilitation movement, as well as being involved in a local private school. She is "privately shaken by the arrival of Sebastian's son, Bash, and the reappearance in her life of the girl she wronged years ago, Annette".It's not thought that either Reese or Ryan will be appearing in the TV remake, although the pilot is being directed by Roger Kumble, the original writer and director of Cruel Intentions.
