From House to Howser: Our favourite TV doctors ever
Dr. Doug Ross (George Clooney): Even in scrubs, George was a total heartthrob. His portrayal of a womanizing pediatrician (with a heart of gold, of course) had women swooning the world over.

Dr. Robert Leeds (Blair Underwood): A fan-favourite of ‘Sex and the City’ fans, Miranda’s neighbour-turned-boyfriend was the very attractive “sports medicine” doctor for the New York City Knicks.

Dr. Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer): Licensed psychiatrist Frasier Crane first debuted on ‘Cheers’ before getting his own spin-off series, ‘Frasier.’ Fans loved the pompous, uptight character and his misadventures with haughty brother Niles and their unpretentious dad, Martin.

Dr. Philip Chandler (Denzel Washington): A young Denzel got his breakout role in ‘St. Elsewhere' playing a good doctor trying to make a difference in run-down Boston.

Dr. Eleanor O’Hara (Eve Best): Dark satire ‘Nurse Jackie’ wouldn't have been the same without Dr. O’Hara, who played the privileged foil to scrappy, drug-addled nurse Jackie Peyton.

Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie): The cantankerous but brilliant protagonist of ‘House’ made this show worth watching for eight seasons.

Dr. Jason Seaver (Alan Thicke): Seaver family patriarch and psychiatrist Jason was the heart of the 1980s family drama ‘Growing Pains.’

Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman (Jane Seymour): Former Bond girl Jane Seymour captivated audiences as Dr. Quinn, the well-to-do doctor living in the post-Civil War town of Colorado Springs.

Dr. Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh): Aggressive, competitive and hopelessly tactless, Cristina’s impersonal demeanor was the source of many laughs on ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’

Dr. Trey McDougal (Kyle MachLachlan): Rich, handsome and fabulously pedigreed, Charlotte thought she had hit the jackpot with husband Trey in ‘Sex and the City.’

Dr. Mindy Lahiri (Mindy Kaling): A romantically frustrated OB/GYN, Mindy dates a series of men throughout the series with little success, but lots of laughs.
