The singer was also sporting a white bandage under her fishnet stockings, after she bruised a bone while dancing in her high heels late last month.
“It’s freezing! But it’s worth it, if you love her,” one hardcore fan told City of his brief encounter with the megastar.
Located at the new Aura building at Yonge St. and Gerrard St., the Toronto fitness centre is the eighth franchise of its kind (Hard Candy has seven other locations around the world, in cities that include Mexico City, Rome and Sydney).
The $6-million location is also the largest, at an impressive 48,000 square feet.
After a brief fitness demo by some of the gym's star trainers, Madonna explained that it was her love of fitness that inspired her to launch the chain of fitness centres, along with her manager, Guy Oseary, and the founder of 24 Hour Fitness, Mark Mastrov.
“My motivation is I need my body for my work, to perform, to do what I do, to chase after my children. So I want to stay in shape and live as long as possible,” she told City.
