If you’re struggling to get fit and get rid of those extra pounds after the holidays, you’re not alone. To help us shed some winter weight, Hello! has turned some of the world’s most stunning celebrities to see how they manage to stay in shape – from a no-sugar diet to healthy juices and working out hard at the gym.

Both Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé credit a vegan diet in their quest to lose the baby weight. “Even if you’re 70 to 80 per cent vegan, it’s so much better having those vegetables, greens, plant-based stuff," says Jennifer. "It’s going to change your life and health.” She must be doing something right: the 45-year-old mother of twins boasts one of the best bodies in the business.


Not all celebrity diets have to be so drastic, however. Nicki Minaj says she lost 10 pounds by giving up Snickers bars and sides of potatoes, though she admits that it wasn’t easy. To give her body an extra boost, the rapper says she cuts out starches and carbs three days before a shoot so she’ll look her best.

Still, other stars swear by the power of a good workout. Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley insists that healthy eating habits are encouraged by an active lifestyle. "Everything starts with exercise,” she says. “Then you want to look after yourself and put good food into your body.”
