'Everything's saggy and weird': Celebrity moms get real about their post-baby bodies

It’s not easy being a new mom in the spotlight, especially when there's so much added pressure to lose the baby weight fast. While many stars make shedding extra pounds look easy, a candid few are speaking out about coming to terms with their new, post-baby figures.

Gorgeous Olivia Wilde welcomed baby Otis one year ago yet the down-to-earth actress admits to Shape that she’s “not in perfect shape” and is, in fact, “softer than [she’s] ever been.”

"The photos of me in this magazine have been generously constructed to show my best angles, and I assure you, good lighting has been warmly embraced. The truth is, I'm a mother, and I look like one,” she said.

Even with teams of dieticians, trainers and experts at their disposal, the truth is that many of these mamas still have a hard time adjusting to the way they look after having children.

“After making two babies, holy cow, does your body do some crazy stuff! It’s hard to stay positive and love yourself,” admits Drew Barrymore. You feel like a kangaroo with a giant pouch; everything’s saggy and weird. But you think about how beautiful it is that you’re able to make children.”
