Jennifer Aniston picked up a particular beauty habit on the set of Friends that she's been doing ever since starring on the TV series. The 47-year-old fell hard for oxygen facials after her makeup artist introduced her, and they're still a staple of her skincare regimen today.
"I discovered the oxygen facial when I was doing Friends," the We're The Millers actress told Refinery 29. "My make-up artist had her own little oxygen tank, and before we'd go into hair and make-up for the show she'd give us a ten-minute little facial."
Jennifer confessed that she was impressed with the way the treatments kept her skin in great condition, so she has continued to try and fit them in where she can amidst her hectic schedule.
"I do love oxygen facials when I can get to them," she admitted. "I think they're very good for us, our skin."
It's not the first time that the actress, who is married to Justin Theroux, has shared some of her top tips for a radiant complexion. Jennifer seems to stick to a relatively simple yet effective routine, focusing more on her overall lifestyle rather than turning to specific products.
"I've said this before but it's the truth – I really think hydration is so important… and sleep!" she admitted during an interview with Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website.
She later added: "I take care of my skin and try not to go into the sun as much as I used to. Also we are as young as we feel and treating yourself right is a great way to feel good. Being happy is also a key to looking and feeling younger."
As well as maintaining a strong skincare routine, Jennifer is renowned for her love of all things fitness. To stay motivated, the Cake actress revealed she tries to "mix it up" when it comes to exercise.
"I like to mix it up with some Power Yoga, treadmill, elliptical machine, and low weight training," she said.
