Marion Cotillard is a mother of two after giving birth to her second child. The French actress recently welcomed a baby daughter, her rep has confirmed to People. No further details have been given. Marion, 41, and her actor-director partner Guillaume Canet, 43, are already parents to a five-year-old son named Marcel. She announced her second pregnancy on Instagram in September, writing: "Many years ago, I met the man of my life, father of our son and of the baby we are expecting." She added: "He is my love, my best friend, the only one I need."
Marion and Guillame started dating in 2007. They first starred together in the 2003 movie Love Me If You Dare, and most recently teamed up for Rock'n Roll. The film sees Marion and Guillaume playing an exaggerated version of themselves with the actress trying to prove to her real-life partner that he's still good enough to sell movies. Earlier this month, Marion caused a stir on Instagram when she shared a series of photos from the set showing off her dramatic makeover for the project. The comedy has already premiered in France and is set to come out later this year.
Marion has previously spoken about the mischief she gets up to when working with Guillaume. Appearing on The Graham Norton Show, Marion revealed: "The film was called Love Me If You Dare and we started doing stupid things. One day I gave him a Polaroid camera." She added that her cheeky dare was for her husband to take a picture of someone's backside. "I should have said I wanted a woman's bottom because one of the crew was happy to pull down his pants straight away!" In return, her long-term partner dared her to take an even racier picture of a member of the opposite sex. "If I didn’t I had to walk across the whole set naked!" she laughed. Asked if she got the shot, she replied: "Of course!"
