Blake Lively, Zoe Saldana and model Lara Stone will all grace the Cannes Film Festival red carpet in 2014 for L'Oréal.

Speaking of her new role as an ambassador, Gossip Girl actress Blake said: "I am thrilled and honoured to join the incredible women who represent L'Oréal Paris. I grew up with the inspiration of their message, "We’re worth it".

"She went on to add how important L'Oréal's message is, continuing: "What an important value to instil in women. That beauty is rooted in confidence. That is key. That is why I'm so proud to be a L'Oréal Paris woman."

Actress Zoewho late in 2013 confirmed she had married long-term friend and Italian artist Marco Perego, will also walk the famed red carpet on the croisette.

At the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, Zoe wowed us with a statement lip during the day to complement the monochrome outfit she wore.

Supermodel Lara Stone joined L'Oréal in October 2013, and said at the time: "Getting the chance to say "You're worth it” to women around the world is a great honour."

Lara is married to Brit funnyman David Walliams. The couple welcomed their first baby into the world in May 2013.

Cheryl Cole recently unveiled her new L'Oreal advert

Other ambassadors joining Blake, Zoe and Lara as they walk the red carpet include Julianne Moore, who will be premiering her latest film with Robert Pattinson, Map To The Stars, and pop superstar Cheryl Cole.

Cheryl recently unveiled her latest L'Oreal advert, a minute-long trailer which showcased Cheryl's dancing skills as she exposed her hair from underneath a hood to the pounding dance track Pretty Girl by Stockholm Syndrome.

Speaking exclusively to HELLO! Magazine, Cheryl said of her new blonde hair: "The thing I love about being a blonde is that you feel that you can have more fun. There's that famous quote, 'Blondes have more fun,' and I think they do."
