Drake sells Toronto condo for $3.75 million

Toronto-born rapper Drake has sold his ritzy Yorkville condo for $3.75 million.

The luxurious pad was originally listed at $4.195 million when it went on the market in June, but was relisted for $3.895 million and has finally sold for nearly half a million under the asking price.

Still, it’s a pretty penny for the admittedly breathtaking three-bedroom, three-bathroom property.

The 3,600-square foot condo is located on the 22nd floor of a stunning high-rise on St. Thomas Street and features two heated terraces and an impressive view of the city, as well as a double-sided fireplace and a private ensuite elevator.

Its newest residents can also enjoy luxe condo amenities such as a gym, indoor pool and valet parking, though the price of the home doesn't include the steep condo fees ($3,361.51 a month!).

Photos of Drake’s home were made public during the sale, which showed off the decidedly bachelor-style décor, with one particular wall-mounted bookcase shaped like a map of Canada gaining quite a bit of fandom online.
