Teary Justin Timberlake thanks 10-year-old fan for ‘best gift ever’ during concert

Justin Timberlake was brought to tears this week thanks to one adoring young fan and his incredibly thoughtful gift. The 33-year-old entertainer was performing in Brooklyn on Sunday, Dec. 14 when a sharply dressed youngster in the crowd caught his eye.

Decked out in a spiffy white suit and tie, the 10-year-old boy had brought a present for his idol, who he said he had been watching since the age of two. A video uploaded to YouTube captured the moment when Justin unwrapped the gift, which turned out to be a bow tie.

Visibly choked up, the “Mirrors” singer can be heard saying, “Come on man… come on little man!”

The pint-sized fan was also seen getting emotional on the jumbo screen over the pop star’s super-sweet reaction.

"Hey man, greatest gift ever, because a gentleman can never have too many bow ties,” said Justin. “I might have to wear this on Christmas Day.”

The singer continued, “ I love you kiddo,” before taking a pause. “That got me!” he said, as he fought back tears. “You’re the coolest dude here.”

Aside from the heartwarming moment, fans were also treated to a guest performance by Jay Z and the sight of Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, who were spotted dancing in the sold-out crowd.

Clearly, Justin has a soft spot for youngsters, which will serve him well as he prepares to become a first-time father next year. In October, it was reported that his wife, Jessica Biel, was expecting the couple’s first baby.
