Coming Soon! Albums most likely to land in 2017

The new year is only getting started but it’s looking up for fans of stars like Drake, Celine and Shania – music greats with albums most likely to land in the next 12 months. Happy 2017, indeed!
Here, Hello! music columnist Nicholas Jennings surveys the pop landscape and highlights some of the year's most anticipated releases.

DRAKE
As a follow-up to Views, More Life is something like a compilation, with tracks and appearances by both the “Hotline Bling” rapper and artists he works with closely. The project’s retro cover photo features Drake’s father, Dennis Graham, sporting a kimono shirt, bow tie, moustache and smoking a pipe. But judging by three sultry, banging numbers – “Sneakin’,” “Fake Love” and “Two Birds, One Stone” – it’s far from dad rock.
