This will be the first time in 20 years that Celine has been in New Zealand, and she’s so excited to be there, “I think it’s my turn to visit you,” she told TimeOut magazine about taking a break from her Las Vegas residency to go abroad. “It’s a different energy. When you go in a theatre, it’s more classical, like an opera, but when you go on tour it’s rock n roll.”

Aussies and Kiwis alike are bound to be over-the-moon as it’s also been ten years since their favourite Quebec talent, 49, traveled Down under. Back in 2008, the now mother of three performed a series of shows in Australia, where she was forced to take a 48-hour break toheal a thnroat infection. And it’s been a whopping 20 yhears since she set foot in New Zealand!

While waiting for tickets to go on sale Feb. 19, take a look back at some of her best photos from her past shows down under.
