The Canadian chanteuse took to her Instagram on Feb 1 to announce the exciting news. Wearing a pretty floral-printed pink blouse with a blue collar and bow. Celine addresses her fans in her signature animated style, saying: “Hello everyone! This is Celine Dion and I’m very excited to let you know that we’re touring Australia and New Zealand this coming July and August. I can’t wait to see you; I can’t wait to sing for you. Take care! We’re going to have a great time. So, see you soon, ok? Be there. Ciao!”

This will be the first time in 20 years that Celine has been in New Zealand, and she’s so excited to be there, “I think it’s my turn to visit you,” she told TimeOut magazine about taking a break from her Las Vegas residency to go abroad. “It’s a different energy. When you go in a theatre, it’s more classical, like an opera, but when you go on tour it’s rock n roll.”
Aussies and Kiwis alike are bound to be over-the-moon as it’s also been ten years since their favourite Quebec talent, 49, traveled Down under. Back in 2008, the now mother of three performed a series of shows in Australia, where she was forced to take a 48-hour break toheal a thnroat infection. And it’s been a whopping 20 yhears since she set foot in New Zealand!
