It’s hard to keep up with Celine Dion. Whether she’s on tour, playing one of her many sold-out Las Vegas shows or making Paris her catwalk , the Canadian chanteuse is always up to something. Much to the delight of her fanbase, the star took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce that she’ll be releasing new music on Thursday (May 3)!

Despite being on the mend from an illness and minor ear surgery, the 50-year-old refuses to slow down. She shared a photo from one of her incredible shows, along with the caption: “‼️New music alert‼️ Check it out - May 3”. Fans are guaranteed to hear some sweet future hits, which she’ll be taking with her on tour through Asia, Australia and New Zealand over the course of the summer.

Last August, after her whirlwind fashion tour of Europe, the French-Canadian superstar announced that she’ll be releasing a full English album this fall – her first one since 2013’s Loved Me Back To Life. “My next big project for the fall will be recording my new English album. I’m very, very excited. That’s going to be released in 2018, probably during the fall, could be sooner, I hope! I don’t know but I can’t wait,” she revealed at the launch of her new handbag collection in Montreal last summer.

Celine’s fans are some of the most loyal out there, and they’ve stuck with her through numerous concert cancellations earlier this year. Last month, the “My Heart Will Go On” singer was forced to put her Las Vegas Coliseum residency on hold for three weeks to undergo ear surgery. The Quebec native took to social media to express her sadness over the cancellations, both tweeting out an official announcement and sharing a longer, heartfelt message on her official Facebook page, writing: “My luck hasn’t been very good lately... I’ve been so looking forward to doing my shows again and this happens…. I just can’t believe it!” Luckily, she’s more than making up for it!
