Rita Ora, Gigi Hadid and Heidi Klum dare to bare in risqué dresses for Oscars after-parties

After all the Oscars were handed out, it was time for the stars to let loose and attend the star-studded after-parties, where they indulged in a little hard-earned revelry. Vanity Fair’s annual Oscars bash played host to some of the night’s biggest celebrities, including unexpected attendees Jay Z and Beyoncé. Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez swapped in her plunging Elie Saab gown for another glittering creation that was somehow even sexier than the first.

Jennifer Aniston was joined by fiancé Justin Theroux for the fête, though unlike most of her style-conscious contemporaries, she chose to wear her strapless, champagne-coloured Versace gown for the remainder of the evening.

Felicity Jones changed out of her Alexander McQueen ball gown and channeled Audrey Hepburn in a gorgeous black Saint Laurent dress with a high neck. Also keeping it classy at the after-hours soirée was Natalie Portman, who had flown in from Paris and wore an elegant white long-sleeved dress by Dior.

However, not everyone was quite so demure with their after-party ensembles. Sexy cutouts were a big trend for party outfits this year, and they only seemed to get more revealing as the night progressed.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s model ex-girlfriend, Irina Shayk, turned heads in a sparkling Versace gown that exposed half of her nude body, with just a few strategically placed panels to cover up her assets.

Rita Ora also chose a sheer look that showed off half of her derrière and model Gigi Hadid was yet another star who wore a revealing black cutout dress and, seemingly, no skivvies.

Even Heidi Klum left her undergarments at home in a silver dress – also by Versace – that left little to the imagination as she stepped out for the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party.
