What a week it has been. From the moment the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte touched down in Canada on Sept. 24, excitement and crowds greeted them at every turn.
On the final day of the tour, the royal couple visited charities in Victoria before setting sail on a tall ship. Then it was time to say goodbye. With their children in tow, the royal couple waved goodbye to Canada as they boarded a seaplane for a private aerial tour of the island.
The British royals covered a lot of ground over the past eight days and travelled by a variety of different modes of transportation. From touring Vancouver with Justin and Sophie Trudeau to exploring Carcross and Haida Gwaii, Prince William and Kate experienced some of Canada's most beautiful and captivating communities and landscapes. Here, we look back at the Cambridges' final day in Canada and say farewell to the family of four.
