The buzz in Toronto was palpable on Monday (May 2) as Prince Harry descended on the city to launch the countdown to the 2017 Invictus Games.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was on hand to welcome the royal to the city at the Fairmont Royal York. From there the duo headed up town to Ryerson's Mattamy Athletic Centre to watch Canada's national sledge hockey team show off their skills.
Prince Harry ended his busy day with a meeting at Queen's Park before meeting and greeting hundreds of well-wishers who showed up to to say hello to the royal.
