Andy Murray was probably wishing he had a tennis racquet in his hands instead of a flag pole when he lined up to pose with the British Olympic team ahead of the Rio Olympics on Thursday (Aug. 4). The Wimbledon champ, and recently named flag bearer for Team GB, struggled to position the flag during the photo call, much to the amusement of Princess Anne.

The Queen's only daughter stood beside the Scottish athlete while he desperately tried to follow the instructions of the photographer. At one point, the father of one held the flag in front of Princess Anne's face, sending the royal into a fit of giggles.
A video of the incident shows Andy rushing to move the flag after an aide yells, "We've lost the princess!" Anne tries her best to help the Olympian find his angle, but can't contain her laughter and surprise as the tennis star continues to fail in his attempts.
In the end Andy delivers and proudly poses with Anne, who is an IOC member, and his fellow atletes.
The British team will join more than 11,000 participants from around the world at tomorrow's opening ceremonies. Prior to the start of the games, Prince William, Kate and Prince Harry recorded a video for Team GB, in which they wished the athletes the best of luck.
