When royal kids develop their hobbies, they're given the best tools with which to do so - so it's no surprise that Princess Estelle of Sweden is reportedly taking ballet lessons with famed Swedish ballerina Anneli Alhanko. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland's adorable daughter is said to have a love of dancing, which led her to attend the prestigious dance school Base23 in Östermalm in Stockholm.
According to Swedish newspaper Expressen, the four-year-old has been attending classes once a week and is always taken to the classes by one of her royal parents. Prince Daniel has previously said that his daughter "likes to dance," and the little princess is thought to be taking part in the 'BaseKids' course for children ages three to ten.
According to Base23, the course teaches children to "dance in a playful way," and to "inspire" them in several different dance styles including show jazz and hip hop. Princess Estelle has reportedly tried a variety of dancing styles before eventually settling for ballet lessons.
Estelle began her lessons shortly after returning from a villa summer holiday on Öland, a Swedish island, with her parents and her baby brother, Prince Oscar, who the couple welcomed back on March.
The adorable little princess recently took part in a series of photographs with her mother and baby brother to send national day greetings.
The photoshoot, which took place in the grounds of the family's home Haga Palace, showed Estelle wearing a blue and yellow dress, traditional for female royals on the day of celebration, while hugging her five-month-old baby brother. In another photo, she is laughing at her mother while the pair wear matching straw hats.
