Prince William and Kate’s baby hasn’t even arrived yet and it’s already on the World Wide Web! The royal couple are set to welcome their third child in April , and to keep fans updated through out the exciting lead up, a web page has been created on the Royal Family’s official site – www.royal.uk/baby –where royal watchers can expect to find up-to-date information about the newest member of the Cambridge family.
The exciting news was first revealed in September with an official statement from Kensington Palace: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child. The Queen and members of both families are delighted by the news.” Like her past pregnancies with Prince George, 4, and two-year-old Princess Charlotte, Kate had been suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum , severe nausea and vomiting.
While the arrival of a royal baby is always exciting, this one is particularly so! Kate’s potential due date could fall on two important days of the year. While it’s been suggested that the 36-year-old will welcome her baby on April 23 – St.George’s Day – it’s also been thought that he or she could arrive on William and Kate’s wedding anniversary, April 29. An insider told the Sun, “There’s no certainty with due dates, of course, but the Duchess is working off a date around St. George’s Day, and it would be a lovely coincidence if he or she were born then.”
The source continued: “Or if she’s very late, as she was with George’s birth, she could even make it a very special wedding anniversary present to William, as they celebrate seven years of marriage on 29 April.”
Though it’s not possible to guess the sex of their baby, royal fans often look to Kate’s maternity outfit choices to make fun attempts. This month, the royal was out and about wearing blue two times, leading some to believe she’ll be having a boy.
