Cheers to the birthday boy! King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands turned 51 on April 27 and celebrated in style along with his wife, Queen Maxima, and three daughters. The monarch and his wife looked dapper as ever, he in a blue suit and she in a semi-sheer red patterned dress with matching pumps and a jaunty beret.

The Dutch royal family had a very Hollywood moment in their latest photoshoot, marking King Willem-Alexander's five years on the throne. In a series of Photos that could give the Kardashians a run for their money, the beautiful family can be seen posing in the palace in chic attire with their shiny locks swept up in the wind. The pictures were taken in Amsterdam last month by Erwin Olaf.

Another shot shows the monarch, 50, and his 46-year-old wife, Queen Máxima, in formal regalia posing in a gorgeous marble corridor. Willem-Alexander wore the Knight Grand Cross Military Order of William, the blonde beauty looked regal as ever in the Grand Cross in the Order of the Dutch Lion and a breathtaking tiara.

While hosting a special dinner gala on Apr. 16, Queen Letizia donned a rather special tiara. The dazzling piece belongs to her mother-in-law, Queen Sofia, and while the royal has worn it before, it carries a particular significance now.

After a controversial Easter mass together, Queen Letizia and Queen Sofía of Spain have publicly reunited for the first time. The royal pair put on big smiles as they visited former King Juan Carlos at Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital in Madrid on Saturday, April 7 after his successful knee surgery. Joining King Felipe, the powerful women seemed to be extra affectionate with each other as cameras snapped and rolled around them. The trio was spotted entering and exiting the hospital, stopping to pose for photos together. Letizia and Sofia were noticeably cordial to each other the entire time.

The 45-year-old former journalist was first seen sweetly holding the car door open for her 79-year-old mother-in-law. Letizia looked casually chic in a camel trench coat, black cropped pants and matching shoes. Sofía, who wore a black coat and also donned dark pants, thanked Letizia and grinned back at her. Meanwhile, the 50-year-old monarch looked stylish in gray jeans, a tailor sweater and a blue plaid jacket.
