Kate's post-birth fashion is very similar to that of the late Princess Diana, who also wore a white and red ensemble when leaving the hospital with Prince Harry back in 1984. This isn't the first time that the duchess has channelled her late mother-in-law for such an occasion. Back in 2015, Kate's blue polka dot dress was a fitting homage to the outfit Princess Diana wore following the birth of Prince William in 1982.
