Princess Madeleine of Sweden reveals that her family is moving across the pond

Princess Madeleine of Sweden and her gorgeous family are packing their bags and leaving their winter clothes behind! After moving to London in 2015, the Swedish court has shared with the public that the royal, her husband Chris O’Neill and their children Princess Leonore,4, Prince Nicolas , 3, and three-month-old Princess Adrienne are moving to Florida because the “time and opportunity for the United States is good for the family when the children are still in pre-school age,” the palace stated.
Fortunately, the causes closest to the princess’s heart will be following her across the pond, including her commitment to children’s rights and her work with the World Childhood Foundation. “Through the move, [she will] be able to focus more on the activities in the United States. Mr. Christopher O’Neill has previously been working in the United States but will continue his business in Europe,” the statement continued. As a result, the family will hold on to their home in London so the businessman can do work in both places.
The couple’s three children must be beside themselves with excitement for a change in climate and, perhaps, about being closer to the world-famous Disney World. Maybe they will be lucky enough to take a trip to meet Minnie and Mickey Mouse like Prince Harry and Prince William did with their late mother, Princess Diana, back in 1993.
The move comes on the heels of welcoming their third child in March and christening her in a beautiful ceremony held at Drottningholm Palace chapel on June 8 – a date that holds special significance as it also marked the royal couple’s fifth wedding anniversary and Princess Leonore’s christening in 2014. Many other Swedish Royal Family members, like Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Sofia , joined in on the festivities, dusting off their best dresses for the occasion.
