Her wedding day
May 19 marked Meghan's first day as the official Duchess of Sussex, and a beautiful day it was. Filled with happy tears from mom Doria Ragland, an impassioned speech by Meghan's childhood bishop Michael Curry and the adorable appearances of her bridesmaids and page boys, it was certainly a day to go down in royal history – and, of course, a milestone moment in the former actress's life as she opened a new chapter with her very own Prince Charming, Harry.

Her Trooping the Colour debut
The newlyweds made their first appearance together after saying "I do" for the annual Trooping the Colour – the Queen's celebratory birthday parade. Meghan, stunning in a peach Carolina Herrera ensemble and matching hat, looked perfectly at ease on the Buckingham Palace balcony, standing just behind her sister-in-law, Duchess Kate. But it's the kids who really steal the show at this event each year, and we can't wait for the duke and duchess to have their own little one to join them for the flypast!

Her first solo outing with the Queen
The duchess and her grandmother-in-law enjoyed their very first solo overnight outing together in the quaint county of Cheshire. The dynamic duo, who've hit it off with flying colours since meeting, enjoyed a full day as they greeted locals at Runcorn Station, opened the Mersey Gateway Bridge, watched a performance by children at the Andrew Curphey Theatre Company, marked the first anniversary of the Grenfell Tower Fire disaster, toured and took in a performance at Storyhouse and unveiled a plaque with the Mayor of Chester. And when matters of protocol seemed to stump the duchess, her seasoned guide was there to lead the way, saying "you go first" as the two were getting in a car.

Her first girls' day out with Duchess Kate
Kate and Meghan have a lot more in common than great hair and amazing senses of style! The two are also avid tennis fans, so naturally their first duchesses' day out without their royal hubbies was at Wimbledon. The duo showed up to watch the former Suits star's pal Serena Williams play in the singles finals – and their matching reactions were priceless. It's clear that the sisters-in-law are becoming fast friends, making Meghan's foray into royalty a piece of cake.

Her first royal tour abroad
Goodbye London, hello Ireland! Prince Harry and Meghan were the ultimate royal duo, charming the Irish throughout their whirlwind two-day tour. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's visit to the Emerald Isle included stopping by a Gaelic sports festival at Croke Park and a lavish garden party. They also paid a visit to Trinity College to see the world’s oldest manuscript, Book of Kells, before paying their respects at the city’s Famine Memorial in Custom House Quay.

Her first of many royal vacations
Aside from their jaunt to Ireland, Meghan and Harry have also been taking some well-deserved time out of the spotlight. The couple have a two-year lease on a home in the Cotswolds, England's chic rural getaway, where they've been staying on and off while taking a break from their royal duties and getting their reported new pet, a Labrador dog, settled into the family. Royal reporter Omid Scobie also revealed that A-list pal George Clooney helped the high-profile couple enjoy a stay at his and Amal's Lake Como villa, where the guys plaid basketball and checked out the actor's motorcycle collection while the ladies lounged by the pool with twins Ella and Alexander. The couple is believed to also be visiting the Queen in Balmoral at some point this summer as per royal tradition.

Her first trip with the in-laws
For most, winning over the in-laws is one of the scariest part of marriage. But for the Suits alum, it's seemed easy as pie! Meghan made fast friends with Prince Charles and Camilla, with whom she attended her very first post-wedding engagement in celebration of his 70th birthday. This summer, she and Harry took some time away from their busy schedules to meet up with the couple at Scotland's Castle of Mey, marking their first visit to the Scottish landmark nestled among the green hills in the picturesque town of Caithness. The spot steeped in royal history and beloved by the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall provided the perfect backdrop for some welcome family time!
