When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle said “I do” on May 19, they became more than just the Duke and Duchess of Sussex – they’re the king and queen of PDA ! Every time they step out together, they’re sure to be spotted stealing loving glances, holding hands and putting their arms around each other, and their outing on Monday (Sept. 24) definitely didn’t disappoint in the affection department. If royal watchers weren’t watching closely, they may have missed the brief yet sweet moment between Harry and Meghan while attending the Coach Core Awards at Loughborough University.
After participating in some netball drills on the court, the duke and duchess made direct eye contact and walked towards each other, stealing a quick side-by-side hug. It’s always a treat to catch these two showing off their love for one another – and it’s clear the two are as in sync as they were when they made their first public appearance together last year at the Toronto Invictus Games .
It’s clear that their new royal titles haven’t stopped Prince Harry and Meghan from displaying their feelings in public, and this is just one of the reasons the two are so well-loved by royal watchers. While attending the 100 Days of Peace concert on Sept. 6, the glamorous couple arrived hand-in-hand, not unlike their appearances in Ireland during their whirlwind two-day tour and at a gala performance of Hamilton in support of Sentebale on Aug. 29.
One of the most exciting moments for fans of the duke and duchess was a smooch they shared on July 26 while at the Berkshire Polo Club – a moment reminiscent of many between Harry’s late mom, Princess Diana, and his dad, Prince Charles . And fans won’t soon forget the tender, reassuring back rub the prince gave to his wife while they were meeting ill children at the WellChild Awards. Fans will have plenty more opportunities to catch sweet moments between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex this fall as they embark on a two-week tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the Kingdom of Tonga.
